Brief Bio
Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat (Fellow of IEEE and Fellow of SCS) is an internationally well-known academic/researcher/ scientist. He received his Ph.D. and M. S. degrees in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, USA. Dr. Obaidat is currently the Chair and Full Professor of Computer and Information Science at Fordham University, NY, USA. He has received extensive research funding and has published Thirty Eight (38) books and over Six Hundreds (600) refereed technical articles in scholarly international journals and proceed ngs of international conferences, and currently working on three more books. Mohammad is the Editor-in-Chief of the Wiley International Journal of Communication Systems, the FTRA Journal of Convergence and the KSIP Journal of Information Processing. He is also an Editor of IEEE Wireless Communications. He is now an editor of the Wiley Security and Communication Networks Journal, Journal of Networks, International Journal of Information Technology, Communications and Convergence, IJITCC, Inderscience. Prof. Obaidat is an associate editor/ editorial board member of seven other refereed scholarly journals. He has guest edited numerous special issues of scholarly journals. Dr. Enrique Cabello received the B.S. in Physics (Electronics) from the University of Salamanca and the Ph.D. degree from the Polytechnical University of Madrid (both in Spain). he was awarded with the Extraordinary Prize as one of the best Ph.D. thesis. In 1990, he joined the University of Salamanca, where he was an Assistant Professor with the School of Sciences. From 1998 he is at the University Rey Juan Carlos (in Spain). Pascal Lorenz ( received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at WorldFIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks and high-speed networks .He is the author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences.

He was Technical Editor of the IEEE Commun cations Magazine Editorial Board (2000-2006), Chair of Vertical Issues in Communication Systems Technical Committee Cluster (2008-2009), Chair of the Communications Systems Integration and Modeling Technical Committee (2003-2009) and Chair of the Communications Software Technical Committee (2008-2010). He has served as Co-Program Chair of IEEE WCNC'2012 and ICC'2004, tutorial chair of VTC'2013 Spring and WCNC'2010, track chair of PIMRC'2012, symposium Co-Chair at Globecom 2011-2007 and ICC 2010-2008. He has served as Co-Guest Editor for special issues of IEEE Communications Magazine, Networks Magazine, Wireless Communications Magazine, Telecommunications Systems and LNCS.

Dr. Aristeidis Tsitiridis was born in Athens, Greece. He received a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Leeds University (UK) in 2004, a MSc in Electronic Mobile Telecommunications from Glamorgan University (UK) in 2007, and a PhD in Biologically-Inspired Machine Vision from Cranfield University (UK) in 2012. He is currently working as a computer vision researcher for the university of King Juan Carlos in Madrid (Spain) and is active in innovative research that involves the use of general biologically-inspired computer vision algorithms, novel sensors, deep-learning te hniques, biometrics, pattern recognition, object/face detection and recognition. Dr Ángel Serrano received a BSc in Physics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain) in 1999, an MSc in Information Technology and Computer Systems from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Spain) in 2009 and a PhD (European Doctorate) in Information Systems Engineering from the same university in 2011. He also has a specialization in Statistical Learning and Data Mining by UNED University (Spain) in 2014. He worked as a teaching assistant at the School of Computer Science of Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from 2003 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016 he worked as an associate professor at the Hig er Polytechnic School of Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (Spain). Since September 2016 he is a visiting lecturer at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. He is currently with the Face Recognition and Artificial Vision group (FRAV).
